About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FMCG Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of managing premium clients and exceeding sales targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about customer success, and excels at building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets in designated territories or client segments
- Manage and grow relationships with premium and high-value clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG market
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and brand strategy
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with exposure to premium brands or clients
- Strong portfolio of successfully closed sales and long-term client retention
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
